Once I aimed the moon!

Once I aimed for the Moon!


Once I aimed the moon!

I wasn’t afraid

For If I missed the shot,

I’d land on the STARS!!

 

Once I aimed the moon!

My rocket crossed the TROPOSPHERE,

And fell back!!

 

Once I aimed the moon!

My rocket crossed the STRATOSPHERE,

And fell back!!

 

This went on & on!

 For Days and Days,

Months and Months

And Years and Years!!

 

And finally,

On my 107th attempt,

I was there,

On the big fat Moon!!

 

For the world,

I failed 106 times!

But for me,

I found 106 non-working ways!!

 

Don’t be afraid of failure,

For failure isn’t the opposite of success

It’s a part of it!!

 

Once I aimed the moon!!

“ Fast dad. We are about to reach the beach”, cried Jack. “Do not run so fast, else you will fall down”, said his father. In no time Jack and his father arrived at the beach. It was a bright sunny morning. Jack looked around and asked, “Dad, why is there no one at the beach?” “Why do you always ask such weird questions?” asked his father. Jack said, “Never mind. It is good that the beach is empty. I am going to collect sea shells.” Saying this, Jack ran towards the sea. He started collecting whatever sea-shells he could see. He came across a huge sea-shell.
